EUROPEAN RECOGNITION OF PALESTINE MEANS UNDERMINING THE JEWISH STATE - Creating local emirates in West Bank cities may forestall European machinations

The BBC reported on August 11, 2025, that Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has announced that, “the UK will recognize a Palestinian state in September unless Israel meets certain conditions, including agreeing to a ceasefire in Gaza and reviving the prospect of a two-state solution.” For all intents and purposes Britain and west European countries such as France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland and Spain might soon become Islamic ruled countries, just like the rule they seek to impose on Israel.
Most Arab states, including Iraq, Syria, Libya, and Yemen are not states in the same sense as western democratic states are. These “states,” are inorganic, a collection of tribal entities and ethnicities with little in common. Among the Palestinians, there are a collection of clans or “Hamulahs,” to use the Arabic term.
The current leadership of the Palestinian Authority (PA) in the West Bank (Judea and Samaria) has never resembled a representative body. Essentially, it represents a refugee community of those who left areas that subsequently became Israel in 1948. Some of the Hamulahs or clans from cities such as Acre, Ashdod, Haifa, etc., represent the PA’s primary support base. The tribal clans of Judea and Samaria, however, feel little or no affinity towards the PA and would prefer to rule their areas and their people without PA interference. They are opposed to being controlled by the corrupt PA and the murderous Hamas.
In fact, there has been and continues to be, conversations in Israel, and among the Arab-Palestinian clans in Judea and Samaria, of recognizing clan leaders as emirs of cities such as Hebron, Nablus, Ramallah, Tulkarem, etc. The clans would enjoy full sovereignty just as the Gulf emirates enjoy. The emirs would provide full services to their clan members and other residents of their cities. They might even join the Abraham Accords and live peacefully with Israel.
The Palestinian state which the previously mentioned EU countries seek to impose on Israel, will, for all practical purposes, become an Islamist Hamas terror state whose sole purpose would be to liquidate the Jewish state. In 2006 we witnessed how Hamas defeated Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah in Gaza following open elections. Nineteen years later, Hamas has achieved even greater popularity in Judea and Samaria. Regardless, of who might achieve a victory, both groups have the same objective – the difference being in how to achieve their shared goal of destruction, with the PA preferring to do so in stages – as in their stated “phased plan.” What remains certain is that the Islamic Republic of Iran will welcome a Palestinian state as its proxy, serving as its primary weapon against Israel.
The PA maps have defined the borders of their future “state” to be from the Mediterranean Sea to the Jordan River – leaving no room for a Jewish state. European elites know this as much as anyone, however Britain, France, Germany, and Spain, are compelled to support a Palestinian state in order to satisfy their growing Islamist constituencies.
When a nation loses pride in its past and succumbs to elites that are willing to forgo their national dignity, such a nation is doomed. The values cherished by British and western European elites are multiculturalism and political correctness and, they have made “human rights” their new religion. In the meantime, the streets of all the major cities of the United Kingdom have become the domain of radical Muslims who aggressively practice dawah. The mayors of all major cities in Britain, including London, are Muslims. Churches in Britain have been transformed into mosques, and Sharia Islamic law is widespread throughout the UK.
The situation in Britain is emblematic of nearly all western European states. Mass Muslim migration a decade ago expedited Islam’s conquest of Europe - without a war. Native European demography is flat. Muslim migrants from the Middle East and Africa have multiple wives and hordes of children while the “Christian” state extends generous welfare to sustain them. In the name of “human rights” along with “colonial guilt,” particularly regarding Britian and France, we have seen how they appease Muslim migrants, rather than prioritizing the interests of their native populations.
While many Muslim migrants in Europe are indeed seeking a better life for their children, they are easily radicalized by local imams who are paid by the financiers of the Muslim Brotherhood – the Emirate of Qatar. The message to their fellow Muslims: No to integration and Yes to an eventual Islamic takeover, both politically and culturally.
Nigel Farage, head of the Reform UK party, refers to the Islamic immigration in Britain to an invasion. He is calling for the repeal of the Human Rights Act of 1998 and the deportation of the 600.000 asylum seekers who invaded Britain.
The bottom line is that the Europeans which have been bought off by Qatari money and surrendered to radical Islam, are prepared to sell Israel out to the radical Islamic forces that they are unwilling or unable control.
Allister Heath, editor of the Sunday Telegraph wrote in early 2024, “It’s time to mourn the demise of old Europe. The rot is too far gone, the decline too pronounced, the welfarism, decadence, pacifism and self-hatred too ingrained, the doom-loop unstoppable. Once the world’s richest, most advanced continent, Europe is finished, its humiliating fall all too obvious to the rest of the world, if not to deluded Europeans.”
Allister Heath omitted Europe’s surrender to Islamism. European lack of pride and willingness to defend their heritage stands in sharp contrast with the people of Israel. Israelis are proud of their nation and are willing to die for it. They also recognize that a Palestinian Islamist terrorist state is an existential threat to their future. European pandering to Islamism will not persuade Israelis to comply with the wishes of Paris, Brussels, and London. The Jewish State will not commit to a suicide pact.
